SANITARY AND DISINFECTION MEASURES

Intensification of the cleaning and disinfection process with authorised disinfectants and 160°C steam system: at the entrance of the hotel, in the bathrooms and in the common areas (room keys, door handles, lift buttons, switches, reception) to ensure a safe stay.
The rooms are aired every day during the cleaning process and for a much longer time during departures and new arrivals.
Rooms, bathrooms, equipment, reception products, bed linen, towels and mini bars are systematically disinfected and changed after each stay. Our clients' luggage is disinfected after each handling.
Monitoring sheet: "Anti-Covid-19 protocol monitoring" completed at least 3 times a day.

We advise you to keep a social distance of at least 1 metre in common areas.
We encourage you to use the contactless payment method.
We are committed to continue to offer you a pleasant, safe and quality stay. Our team takes preventive measures seriously, washing hands regularly, wearing masks at all times and encouraging social distancing within the establishment.
Strict protocols are in place for our team members in the kitchen, room service, reception and private areas. Door handles, switches, taps, taps, data phones, furniture and counters are carefully disinfected with the disinfectant product intended for this purpose.

Our reception hours are from 08:00h to 20:00h.

In case your arrival is later, our reception team will leave everything ready to make your arrival as comfortable as possible. Although the reception is closed at night, an emergency number is available 24 hours a day.

Check-out time is 12:00 pm. The Late Check-Out option is subject to availability.

If this option is not available, we have a left-luggage service at reception for your luggage and a courtesy toilet where you can freshen up before your departure.

As for arrivals, check-in time is at 2:00 pm. If the room is available in advance, the room will be handed over to you as soon as it is ready. We have a left-luggage service at reception to store your luggage until your room is ready.

We have different types of rates with their corresponding conditions. In the booking menu you will find all the information about each type of rate.

However, we try to be as flexible as possible on a case-by-case basis.

Extra beds are available at a supplement of 60€/night and cots are available at 20€/night. Depending on the size of the room, the maximum occupancy may vary. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Pets are not allowed.

In keeping with the original 18th century style, the rooms retain this classic atmosphere without losing any of their comfort. With high ceilings, imposing wooden beams and original floors in most of the rooms, the imposing rooms, both in terms of size and style, are pleasant, without any stridency that would detract from the original style that characterizes Can Alberti 1740 Boutique Hotel.

Located on 4 different floors, from the spacious rooms on the ground floor, to the attic rooms on the third floor, to the majestic and elegant rooms and suites on the first and first floors, each room has its own charm and at the same time is different from the rest, which makes our hotel a unique place with 14 different stories to tell.

As for the bathroom, we have a complete set of towels and bathrobe, slippers, amenities and organic cosmetic products. We also have a hairdryer.

All rooms have a minibar service (drinks and snacks), tea and coffee at your disposal. In the breakfast area, we have an "honesty" area, where we have a coffee machine for the preparation of coffees and teas, as well as a fridge in one of the salons with additional drinks.

There is a safe and reversible air-conditioning or air-conditioning and radiator, to enjoy both functions in each room.

The private high speed Wi-Fi network is free of charge in all areas of the hotel.

As we are located in the heart of Mahón, access by car may be limited, of course. However, we have an adjoining car park with limited spaces (always by reservation), and 2 public car parks less than 10 minutes from the hotel and 2 private car parks. You will find more information at

As for the transfer service, we work with an external company which takes care of both airport pick-up and drop-off services, as well as guided tours around the island.
